Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales for IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the IT hardware, software, and networking landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales for HCI, Servers, Storage, Backup, and IT Security solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target accounts.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and large customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-Level executives to understand business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to customers.
- Prepare BOM / BOQ and solution proposals based on customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships and coordinate with leading OEM partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and revenue goals for IT infrastructure solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Security Solution Sales
- Proven track record in Business Development & New Account Acquisition
- Exposure to Corporate / Enterprise / SME customer segments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and negotiation abilities
