Job profile minimum requirements for support resource.
Basic OS and application troubleshooting (Windows OS/Ms-Office, etc) and domain related issues.
- Networking & printer basics
- Knowledge on Video conference device
- Good communication skills as the resource will be dealing with senior officials.
- Maintaining Site inventory
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 desktop and networking support for Windows-based environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, VMware).
- Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, network printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Configure and manage Microsoft O365 profiles and email services.
- Administer, monitor, and support Active Directory users and systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches for small to mid-scale networks.
- Implement and manage VLAN configurations and internal network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and loop avoidance mechanisms.
- Handle L1/L2 network troubleshooting and incident logging.
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to end users.
- Manage helpdesk ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure asset compliance and audits.
- Support antivirus deployment, updates, and system audits.
- Provide support for video conferencing tools and meeting setups.
- Handle senior management IT support requests with priority.
